Production Acknowledgments: 

BOMBAY BLACK was reimagined and independently produced by Rohit Chokhani in 2017 with support from the Raghupriya Arts and Culture society. The 2017 team would like to thank the Dramatic Works program at the Vancouver Fringe festival, Mentor Sherry Yoon and The Cultch for their support during the first phase of development of this reimagined work initially in 2017 and the financial and emotional support of the Chokhani family to make this happen. 

The presentation of Bombay Black in 2018 involved a 3 city remount in Vancouver, Coquitlam and Nanaimo. The 2018 production team is grateful to the support from the BC Arts Council and the Canada Council for the Arts for funding this project in 2018. We are also extremely grateful for the support we have received from our presenters, namely, Firehall Arts Centre, Evergreen Cultural Centre, TheatreOne and the Diwali in BC festival. We would like to thank Raymond Kam for the press photos and the production photos.

Playwright Acknowledgments: 

BOMBAY BLACK premiered in January 2006 at the Theatre Centre, Toronto. It was commissioned and developed by Nightswimming Theatre and produced by Cahoots Theatre Projects. It was workshopped and given a public reading at On the Verge, 2005 (National Arts Centre, Ottawa).
