Diwali in B.C., which is produced by the Raghupriya Arts and Culture Society, is a festival founded by Rohit Chokhani during its launch year of 2017. It is an artistically mandated non-denominational non-religious festival. Everyone is Welcome to participate and celebrate the multi-cultural demographics of our artists and communities here in Canada.
